You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days before pickup without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 0 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. This is because we cannot take back food items. Items must be inspected before leaving handover or delivery premises. After leaving, the customer takes full responsibility of items.

Conditions for order cancellations:

No return or exchange of food. Orders placed must be picked up. Cancellation of orders is permitted within 3 days with a full refund less any bank/payment gateway charges.
